North Sea Cartel

The term “North Sea Cartel” is used by investigators to describe a loose, decentralized network linked to the European cocaine trade. Activity is currently concentrated around the major North Sea ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp, from where shipments are distributed and proceeds are allegedly laundered through corporate structures in Germany.
